(Nasdaq: EMAT) makes rare earth magnets in South Korea: bonded for more than 18 years, sintered since 2024, six grades certified by Tier-1 OEMs, produced at commercial scale from non-China metal. A build-out beginning late 2026 is expected to grow our annual capacity tenfold.

Ore is abundant. Certified magnets made at scale are scarce, and from January 1, 2027 US defense sourcing rules reward the company that can deliver them. Most of our sector is still building toward production capacity that can help meet that deadline. We're operating at commercial scale today, and growing.
