Mr. Wilcox holds numerous leadership positions in the private investment space globally. Mr. Wilcox’s career began at Deutsche Bank based in the London and New York offices, operating across four continents. He is a derivatives trading specialist but has also run teams spanning various regulatory overhaul initiatives, driving value from government policy change. Mr. Wilcox holds a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Tennessee, and a Master's in International Business from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, England.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Foley worked for 20 years in investment research and portfolio management in global equities at Bank of Montreal, Pioneer Investments and Surveyor Capital LLC (Citadel LLC). In addition to his investing responsibilities, Mr. Foley built teams and implemented strategy. Mr. Foley has backed start-ups including edly Inc., a fintech company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton University and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Vice President & Head of Operations
Mr. Klein specializes in private equity and focuses on turnarounds and optimizing portfolio companies. He started his career at Sage Capital Growth and moved to Highbridge Capital before becoming a Junior Partner at Hale Capital Partners. Over the past few years he has been an executive at North American Lithium and Fred’s Inc. Mr. Klein holds a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College, where he graduated with honors and received The Wall Street Journal Award for outstanding academic achievement.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Barbato worked at Deutsche Bank for 20 years in both the New York and London offices within the Global Markets Investment Banking Group focusing on foreign exchange trading. Mr. Barbato brings global expertise in management and trading. At Deutsche Bank, he served in roles including Chief Operating Officer, strategy and product development. Mr. Barbato holds a Bachelor's in Finance from the State University of New York at Oswego.
